I didn't find yoga from a place of peace. I found it in the middle of burnout — when my body had stopped listening and my mind wouldn't quiet down. One class cracked something open. I kept coming back.
Today I teach the same honest practice that changed things for me. Every session is part yoga, part Pilates, and entirely about what your body needs that day. I'm trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga, hold a 300-hour YTT certification, and have guided hundreds of women through the shift from stiffness and stress to something that actually feels good.
